While the brand itself is relatively new, we’ve been offering personalized real estate services for several years, particularly in the South Florida real estate market, where we’ve built a strong connection with the local community.

Our Journey

Our founder, Laura Franco, began her real estate journey with a clear commitment to offering honest, personalized real estate services. Over time, she has been recognized for her performance and now leads LMC Properties Group with the vision of providing full home buying support to first-time homebuyers, long-term renters, and national or international investors looking to grow their portfolio in Miami-Dade and Broward. 


We’ve helped dozens of clients buy, sell, rent, and renovate properties—and each experience has been a chance to keep growing, learning, and solidifying our place as a reliable, people-first South Florida real estate company.

It all started when our founder, Laura Franco, decided to turn her passion for real estate into a life project. After experiencing firsthand how difficult it can be to find trustworthy home buying support and personalized real estate services when buying or renting a home, she knew we wanted to make a difference.

She started by helping friends and acquaintances, gradually building a solid career in South Florida real estate. She gained her clients’ trust through honesty, empathy, and dedication.
